I like Chili's for their crispy chicken crispers and blackberry iced tea, which I usually order every time I visit. In terms of quality of food, I like this location slightly more than the one in Metairie. During my most recent visit, service was slow during late lunch time. After receiving our drinks our server quickly disappeared, and it took at least 10 or 15 minutes before she came back to take our order. My date and I did the two for $20. For our appetizer, we shared the fried onion strings and jalapeños. He loves fried onions in general so he thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered the crispy chicken crispers with black pepper gravy sauce and a side of fries and mashed potatoes. This time, the mashed potatoes with black pepper gravy was not hot and it seemed like it was sitting out for a while. The chicken crispers were not as juicy as my two previous visits: dry, smaller in size, and tasted a bit over cooked. At least they threw in an extra piece... It was moist and larger in size when I came here for dinner... Not consistent at all... My date ordered the honey chipotle half rack ribs with sweet potato fries this time. His rib dish looked like it had more bones than meat! He said it was okay, not that satisfying. Maybe they were having an off lunch day, but the dinner service and food I had during my previous visits were great.

I've had different experiences eating at this location. The first time we were seated quickly and our orders were taken promptly, nothing special just average service. My family later came back to the restaurant to celebrate my mothers birthday. The worst service I have ever received from a chili's. Our orders weren't taken correctly and we ended up not eating at all . My family is vegetarian and were not satisfied with the service. I would not reccemond this place to anyone ; you would be better off picking up McDonalds!!

Even after reading some negative reviews we decided to give it a try because we have been to other chilis and enjoyed it. However, it started off with our waiter taking our order, but not writing any of it down. That would have been fine if our order would have been correct but that wasn't the case. One meal was fajitas and it came with multiple sides I requested not to include. The other meal was ribs and it was suppose to get the Mac n cheese instead of French fries but when brought out it had French firs and no Mac n cheese. When we asked for the Mac n cheese we were told they would get it but never came. Once we were done with the meal the waiter decided to finally tell us that they were actually out of the mac n cheese. The waiter also spilled the fries all over me

We looked around and people that were seated after us were already eating. It was over an hour before we were finally eating. Not once were we asked for refills on our drinks. This place is a new low for horrible service. I will definitely not be coming to this horrible facility.

Great place to eat. Managers and staff are friendly. Foods I eat are very good, but I guess depending on who's the cook sometimes the meat is under or over cooked. But not often thus happens. I know when I got to Chili's I get A+ service.

I called and was told I could bring the food back. The problem, I work in the LaPlace area, but live elsewhere. Consumers beware. If I could give a negative star I would. Very disappointed.

Why so many bad reviews? I was always told that when an establishment is crowded the food and service is great, and this location is always crowded. I have never experienced a bad plate of food or poor service at this Chili's. The food is always hot and fresh, and I always feel I am transported into the city and out of La Place when I am here. I normally dine in and I am always greeted upon arrival and seated in a timely manner. The lunch crowd can be overwhelming, nonetheless I always enjoy my dining experience. My favorite menu items are the honey barbecue boneless wings & the classic spinach dip; oh how I love thee with a glass of strawberry lemonade. Happy hour is also great for anyone wanting to mellow out, chill with a buddy, lover, or co-worker. Trying to avoid the dining crowd: take your food to go. The ladies that operate the to-go area are excellent with customers and taking to-go orders. The food is great and I am glad this chain restaurant opened in my community. I love it here! It's a delight eating here and I hope my experience is always the same.

This place makes me roll my eyes. The service is terrible. I sat down with an empty drink for thirty minutes and had to call a waitress for a refill. Our waitress sat down in the middle of dinner service to take a break. I never saw a waitress do that before. She did not get a tip that day. She never asked us if we needed anything or checked in with us. If we needed refills or napkins we had to flag her down. The tables and menus are also sticky. Which caused us to lose our appetites so most of our food came home with us in take out boxes and then into the trash. The food is okay. It tastes like every other Chili's I have been to. Its decently priced.

I personally dont enjoy the pointless killing of any animals and dont really enjoy watching alligators get shot in the head by a bunch of idiot rednecks while i eat, thats just me.

A great place to go when you want a good variety of food for a reasonable price, won't break the bank. With a family of five it's hard to always please everyone but there is such a variety of food there that everyone is always happy. The people are nice, service is sometimes slow but there is never a long wait at the door.
